TOP BOOKS of the DECADE – Aimsworx Culture of Self-Care

In preparation to build the Aimsworx culture of self-care – I committed the past decade to a study of the self, taught through the best minds in philosophy, psychology, spirituality, leadership, health and wellness.  So, with this study I give you my list of Top Books of the Decade for 2010-2019.

“Of Freedom, all we use or know, this our fathers bought for us long and long ago.”

“Illness is not natural.  It is not only that we suffer from it, at the deepest core of ourselves illness offends us because it limits our freedom, and the one thing that intelligence can never tolerate is the loss of its freedom.”

“People grow old and die because they see others grow old and die.  Aging is a learned behavior.”

I believe the key to happiness is health and wellness, so most of these books deal discuss creating a positive and healthy consciousness to create your reality from.

    • “There is a hierarchy of levels of learning and change. We need different types of support for change at each level.  The Coach works on improving behavioral competencies.  The Teacher targets new cognitive capabilities.  The Mentor empowers people to acquire new beliefs and values.  The Sponsor fosters growth at the identity level.  The Awakener raises people’s awareness of the (quantum) field, which is the source for desired change.”  (Transformational NLP, Bucheit & Schambel)
  1. The Coach can work on habits for healthy living to create a more positive emotional template based on improving happiness and “how we feel”.
  2. The Teacher can open up new understandings of how the mind and body are unified through the psychophysiological connection.
  3. The Mentor can develop an alignment with the truth of reality as far as modern science explains it, symbiotically synchronized with ancient truths of wisdom.
  4. The Sponsor can develop the capacity to re-identify our being.  We are immortal to the degree we re-identified the nature of our being as spiritual, instead of exclusively evolving in the explicate reality
  5. The Awakener can advance upon the re-identification of Self and instill actions with intention to awaken desired change for the particular self to bridge non-local Self.  This creates the opportunity for the Supramental to come alive here and now on Earth. (The Quantum Activist, Amit Goswami)
